Nelits 2 hasn't analogy, but many element take from well-known game.

Game write on own game engine, but his use in another project.
Languages - C++. 
Platform - Win32, Linux.

Nelits 2 use 3D graphics, which write on graphic library OpenGL. That's why
you must have card with 3d acceleration.
