Follow-up Comment #12, task #5144 (project administration):

Hello and sorry but I don't see any changes.

For example dev_sgd/build.sh has got the old FSF address and no copyright
notice. 
Another example: dev_sgd/build_floppy.sh no license/copyright notice.

You see? Please go ahead and check all of your files again and fix missing
copyright+license notices and change the FSF address if possible.
