Can you please point me somewhere to the loction of the WHOLE tarball? :-/

Then, your current tarball lacks a COPYING file
(http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/lesser.txt) and please notice that
the address of the FSF has changed, and is now:

Please update your license notices.
