  X Portal, which is a very powerful, open source CMS (content management
system). It can handle multiple language files (english and hungarian
languages included in the basic package). The engine was taken from the
phpnuke-textportal cms systems.
(Textportal is only available in hungary).

Basic Features:
- low filesize (optimal code)
- lots of integrated modules (+ downloads)
- built-in tools (like avatars, calendar, etc.)
- community-oriented mode available (focused on chat, forum, dashboard,
etc.)
- Multi-language support (english and hungarian lang. files included in the
basic package)
- easy administration
- easy user management with 8 level of users
