  Library that manage port RS-232. I'm Computer Science's student. I'm
currently studing in 'Universidad de Extremadura'. I have developed this
library to use in some courses. Teachers provide us with a library to work in
MS-DOS enviorment. Then I build this library in order to work in GNU/Linux.
Library have been developed in C++. Library have LGPL license and
documentation is licensed by GFDL.
