Description:

  It's an attempt to translate the full GNU Emacs manual into Spanish from
the TexInfo sources.

The adopted edition is 14th for Emacs 21.3.

The text is partially translated now, see
http://nic-nac-project.de/~rarsaqi/emacs-manual-es/.

It must be completed and revised by the community, agreeing on a lexicon  for
worldwide readers.
There's some issues with non-ASCII characters in references to cope with.
The original English license texts must be included along with suitable
Spanish translations (this remains undone).
Finally, a package must be provided to patch the official Emacs: either
replace the info files or show the Spanish ones when the system language is
set to that.
I'm convinced that a full translation is feasible.
