Tikiwiki is a web-based CMS/Groupware based on a wiki structure. The
application is a php software, using apache, php, and a database (mysql,
postgres, sqlite, or others). The number of its features is important
(http://tikiwiki.org/Features) and its community quite large (350 developers,
from which around 60 are recurrently active).

We are in progress of licence-cleaning Tikiwiki in version 1.10, and we seek
a new public collaboration space for version 2.0. Currently hosted at
sourceforge.net, we plan to keep cvs there for 1.x versions, but we would
like to open the new collaboration space before 2.0 is ready for use of
bugtracker only.

By auditing the source code of Tikiwiki, you will understand that we cannot
put that code in savanah, as it still contains gif doubty-licenced icons. The
cleaning work is in progress in cvs HEAD, which is version 1.10 and is not
released yet. Version 2.0 will occuer during 2007 and will be a big
refactoring of existing codebase, with a clear goal to be licence-clean.
Requesting hosting at savanah is a clear message to the community about our
purpose to respect and enforce freedom.
For now, we only intend to use bugtracker from savanah.
