Hi Sylvain,

I just read your submission about CPL on the licensing request. I didn't
realize that your concern about CPL was about jUnit. 

As jUnit is only used for testing ( not for the program itself), i wonder if
it is really pertinent to actually ask about licence comptability... I will
not upload the junit.jar, the package version of my application ( the jar )
will not embark it, nor the classes that depends on the jUnit API. The unit
test are only used during developement for testing...
