Portal system project.

Will offer different modules: forums, chat, messenging, user profile,
friendship network, images, website directory.

In the planning: karma system, auto-moderated system by users. Voting system
on every content available on the portal, moderators and supermoderator
(concept need to be tweeked and talked among dev.)

Currently, the source code need cleaning before publishing the first "dev"
version.

You can see the system in action at www.quebedia.com . It's in french, but
developping a multilingual platform for this software will be important and
planned in priority.

It will be developped in PHP using MySQL as databases.
