I apologize the slow response, we have too pending projects and a
small active staff.

Free software is a matter of freedom, not price, we mean free as in
freedom, not as in free beer.

The users of free software have the freedom to use it for gain money
from the program if they want to do so, else it won't be free software
but propietary.  In GNU project we aim at a free enviroment.

We need to know the licence of the project in order to see if it is
really free software, if not, we will reject the project.

I also need to know where the weather images will come from?, Will
they be free?, Under what licence?.
