Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Please add Licence (GPL header) and Copyright information (Copytight
holder, years) to *all* your hand-written non trivial files, that
include plain text documentation, autoconf input and any file above 10
lines long, please see
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html.

Unless you have a wirtten copyright disclamer of Rob Ginda and rest
contributors, you should include him too in the copyrgith holders
list, with the appropiate copyrigth years.

Also please remove the "all rigth reserved" lines, they are confusing
and contradict the GPL header.
