S5-audio is an extension of S5, the Simple Standards-based Slide Show System,
which is a system written by Eric Meyer for making slide shows in HTML, CSS
and JavaScript. This extension adds the capability to include audio (such as a
recording of the presentation) and synchronize the slides to that.

Just a web browser. Mozilla Firefox is the primary focus.

I chose to interpret the first checklist item as "doesn't primarily run on
non-free systems" since JavaScript runs equally well on almost any OS.
