Hello.
Thank you for your review.
I've created a new file which makes it clearer to see licensing terms (1).
Your recommendations were taken into account and the patch submitted now has
it's appropriate license.
As for the main license of the software, Apache I would say, because the main
module is licensed under the Apache license. suPHP modifications (and maybe
other modules modifications) are handled under the license of such, which for
suPHP is GPLv2 or later.
I have simplified the original Makefile, too, but I don't believe a copyright
notice should be required for a so trivial file.
