Follow-up Comment #2:
Hi Sergiy,
I am reviewing your submission on behalf of Savannah. Everything is compliant
as far as hosting requirements
<https://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php> are concerned. However
there are a few improvements that can be suggested:
* The top directory is usually called as your project plus the version: e.g.
csv2itdb-0.1. Likewise with the tarball: csv2itdb-0.1.tar.gz.
* You include the GPLv3 license, but declare it to be GPLv2 or later in the
description. I am changing the description to GPLv3 or later.
* There is no README in the top directory. It would help to explain what the
tool does, what license it is under and include a few examples there. It
should also contain the license header (perhaps at the bottom of the file).
These are however just suggestions. I am approving your submission so you can
work on it within Savannah in the version control of your liking. Welcome
aboard!
I've approved your project--welcome on board! :-)
You'll receive a mail notification with further instructions shortly.

Happy hacking!
