Hi!

Thank you for your submission. I have noticed few problems with your tarball:

1. It consists of only one file, if you are using GPL you need to provide
COPYING file which should contain full text of license. For GPLv2 you can find
it here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
For GPLv3 here: http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt

2. All non-derived source code files should contain copyright notice and
proper licensing header. Please read
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

3. Is there any reason why you picked GPLv2 over GPLv3? GPLv3 is newer, better
version of GPL so it is preferred here.

After you fix these issues, please upload new tarball here using "Attached
Files" section. If there will be no issues your project will be accepted.
