Hi Ineiev, and happy christmas ;) !

I attached with this comment a new version of my package, with valid copyright
and license notices in data/command-descriptions.{en,fr}.txt
I also updated the source so the program can skip these lines while parsing
the files (you were right, it wasn't difficult).
