OK - easier to just drop the compressed files and either have a user create them or do it programmatically - haven't decided yet. CC-BY-SA doesn't seem to follow GNU copyright conventions, so I'm not sure what to do there. (NOTE: I should have put the full CC-BY-SA copyright terms in tar package, but didn't - that's on me and I will rectify that.)

I'll fix the copyright on the README and swap out the BSD license for X11.

By the way, please make sure that all copyrightable files
in your tarball have valid copyright and license notices,
including READMEs; when the format of the files doesn't allow
such comments, put them in a README file in the same directory
with the files in question and list those files unambiguously.
