Follow-up Comment #2, task #15146 (project administration):

Hello Ineiev,

thanks for your feedback

* Re pefile: I addressed this issue to the author
<https://github.com/erocarrera/pefile/issues/251>, waiting for an answer.
Given that this project accepts patches without requiring a CLR, I dont't see
a relevant issue here.

* Re dis3: Sorry for pointing you to an incomplete homepage. As I now found
out the project code moved to <https://github.com/KeyWeeUsr/python-dis3/>
which includes the LICENSE file. Beside this, "License: MIT / PSF." is quite
clear to me since this is a "Python 2.7 backport of the "dis" module from
Python 3.5+". The later is part of Python and published under the Python
Software Foundation (PSF) license. Thus the "PSF" stands for the PSF license
(also stated in `setup.py`. Since both MIT and PSF are OSI approved, it should
not matter how exactly.

* Re "free software": I just fixed this and also checked the web-site.

* Re "GNU/Linux": We already started using "GNU/Linux" quite some time ago,
see e.g. <https://pyinstaller.readthedocs.io/en/v3.4/CHANGES.html>. I took the
chance to change the remaining occurrences of "Linux" in the documentation.
