(Sorry for bad English.)
It's good to have a macro script language for GNU screen.
On Windows I use TeraTerm for communicating with a RS-232 devices and use its
macro language (TTL-files) for automatize work with my device (e.g.
programming or testing the device). On Linux with GNU screen I have to manual
work.
