Hello, this will likely not be useful to you. However, the INSTALL
file did recommend mailing this address. I attempted to build screen
today on Ubuntu 13.04 x64:
git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/screen.git
./autogen.sh
./configure
make
...
gcc -c -I. -I. -DETCSCREENRC='"/usr/local/etc/screenrc"'
-DSCREENENCODINGS='"/usr/local/share/screen/utf
8encodings"' -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DGIT_REV=\""`git describe --always
2>/dev/null`"\" \
-g -O2 -D_GNU_SOURCE ansi.c
ansi.c: In function ‘MFindUsedLine’:
ansi.c:2930:12: error: ‘struct win’ has no member named ‘encoding’
make: *** [ansi.o] Error 1
