Thank you for that fix.
I've modified your commit log message to conform to our standards (see
GNU coding guidelines) and pushed it as

maint: insert missing word in comment
* sed/sed.h (struct vector)[v_allocated]: Insert "of".

That final line merely indicates that this change is beneath the
~10-ish-line threshold beyond which we must have you submit
copyright-related paperwork.
