[Self-platform-dev] self platform sandbox for testing

A sandbox for testing the new version of self-platform is created by
Rajiv.(1)  Jay Mehta is putting a lot of hardwork to make it fast and
clean, and though the UI looks the same, there are several performance
differences.

Please do test as and when you find time.  Each time a change is made,
the site will be also using the changed version, so that
