Follow-up Comment #1:
we have optimized some parts of the code, so export takes less time now
as compared to before. we were successful in exporting this course.
You may download it from

we found out some bugs which we are trying to solve, hoping
to solve them by today evening. It is advisable you dont download
the file now. We'll inform when the export works properly.
