[Simulavr-devel] external peripheral interface design

Hi All,

I'd like to start hashing out the design for external interfacing of 
peripherals. To help with this, I've added the README.ext_int file to the 
cvs repository. In this file, I've put some ideas which are very rough at 
this point. Hopefully, this file will develop into the design document and 
then I'll start cranking out some code.

Please take a look at the file and post comments, critics, etc.
