Hi,

because the bug is deep inside automake/autoconf files, it doesn't bring
anything to fix it. We had to copy the most parts to our "private" area and
I'm not sure, if this will work in every case.

So, if necessary, the best solution in the moment is Stefans proposal to
extend the PATH environment.

If somebody will have enough time :-) the we could use cmake instead of
automake/autoconf. Maybe this will give us a little bit more stability for the
configure/build process.
