Summary:  ImportError: cannot import name SketchApplication

Original Submission:  I am running Python2.3 with Sketch-2004-01-20, PIL-1.1.4 
and pygtk-2.3.9 on windows. When I start Stencil I get the error:
ImportError: cannot import name SketchApplication
I checked and skapp.py is in C:Python23Libsite-packagesSketchSketchUI but 
SketchApplication is not being imported from skapp. Any suggestions?
