the uid presented on the "pub-line" is the primary uid.
and the uid(s) that follows is the secondary.
an example:
pub 1024D/114AA85C 2003-04-14 Thomas Sjogren <address@hidden>
Key fingerprint = 3367 0D84 444B D5B6 980E 7D5D 1209 639D 114A A85C
uid Thomas Sjogren <address@hidden>
if you have a look at
http://keys.se.linux.org/pks/lookup?search=0x114aa85c&fingerprint=on
this has been reversed and you cant tell which s the primary or
secondary uid.
