[Sks-devel] SKS not reading mailsync file

I am getting this message in my log.db about every 10 seconds:

2004-11-05 14:47:23 <mail transmit keys> error in callback.: Failure("No 
partners specified")


no partner's specified? WHAT? There's an entry in my mailsync file. Is 
there a startup option I can use to disable this message? Especially at 
every 10 seconds it only takes a couple of days to burn a couple of megs 
 on the disk, and makes the log much less usable.
