Alternatively, after shutting down SKS:
cd /etc/sks/KDB
/usr/bin/db4.1_recover
/usr/bin/db4.1_archive | xargs rm

cd /etc/sks/PTree
/usr/bin/db4.1_recover
/usr/bin/db4.1_archive | xargs rm


/usr/local/bin/sks cleandb
