Just to be clear: ignore this, GNU social is still happening, we have
a ton of assignments in the pipeline, and our project is not being
taken over, and these new developers are indeed trying a hostile
takeover.
If you want to start an umbrella project -- feel free, but you're not
taking the name of our project that we have worked on, and continue to
work on. In fact, your project should be clearly differently named.
GNU social was dubbed a GNU project in 2010 by RMS and continues
today. FSF management have been aware of our projects progress this
year.
