Have you modified configure.in or aclocal.m4?  Those three macros are
defined in aclocal.m4 and used by autoconf when building the configure
script.

You'll probably want to build the CVS source anyway, since that works
better with SA 3.0.  And yes, I need to make a release.  I'm lazy...
