It took me a while to find the appropriate Mailman option, but I think
I've got it set so non-members get a bounce message telling them to
subscribe.

This wouldn't be necessary if Savannah used spamass-milter, of course :)
I checked the archives and was amazed at the amount of spam in
there.  I don't see any of it.  It's all obvious spam that's probably
hitting 20 or higher in SA, and I run the milter with -r 15.
