Hello,

@packagers: To insure a smooth transition espeak => espeak-ng, I suggest when 
installing espeak-ng to remove espeak but make two symlinks post-installation:
Binary:
ln /usr/bin/espeak-ng /usr/bin/espeak
Header:
mkdir -p /usr/include/espeak
ln -s /usr/include/espeak-ng/speak_lib.h /usr/include/espeak/speak_lib.h

Adapt the paths as need be.
