phpGroupWare's ideas

Hi,

Sorry for submitting this at the last minute, I have been trying to
finalise our direct application first (I admire the effort Karl and
James put into this).

phpGroupWare is a GNU package which participated in the GSoC last year
through the GNU project.  If our standalone application isn't accepted
we would like to participate through the GNU project again this year.

I have attached a unified diff against current CVS version of ideas page
with our ideas.  Each of the ideas link through to the more detailed
versions on our website.
