    I am a B-tech student.I want to participate in GSOC 2009.
    I saw the clisp-embedding project idea under GNU projects.
    I want to know more about it.can you help me?

In general, I'm not sure what more there is to say beyond the
description that's there.

Your best bet is to investigate the package at
http://www.gnu.org/software/clisp/, and ask any specific/technical
questions via one of the help lists mentioned there.
