How do I get on this list?

Hi,

I was unable to find on www.swarm.org how to get on this list. Is this a
sign the site is not organized well or has my eyesight worsened in the last
couple of months? BTW I was able to get on swarm-support, so I did pull the
feat once. Anyway I'd like to get on this one too and need some help this
time.
