Problem Installing libtclobjc

I've built tcl/tk 7.5/4.2 and 7.4/4.1 (the older one last) and I'm down
to convincing libtclobjc to install, but as usual, I'm getting errors
like the following:

Anyone have suggestions? Boy is this application a pain!
