On a GNU/Linux distribution, typically you'll find Tcl/Tk installed in
/usr/lib.  If you see a tcl7.5 subdirectory there (or anywhere, or
another 7.* version) then you can set the TCL_LIBRARY environment variable
to that path, e.g.

export TCL_LIBRARY=/usr/lib/tcl7.5
