Unsubscribing is completely automated: as it says in the .sig for
every single swarm-support e-mail - send e-mail to
address@hidden with `help' in the body of the message:

The majordomo commands are all completely self-explanatory.  Send me a
direct e-mail <address@hidden> if you have some special requirements
that go beyond what majordomo can handle.  But *please* don't send
messages to the list itself...

I'm sorry to be so terse, but if we had a dollar for every time
someone posts this question to the list...
