createActionTo

I have a procedure:

- (void) sampleDensityX: (double)x Y: (double)y

I want to have it in the form:

[modelActions createActionTo: self message: ...

How do I code the two arguments?  I have looked at the documentation (which has 1 argument) and also tried a number of combinations to no avail.
