Ok, that worked. thanks a million. What a relief. Looks like jdk1.3 has
fixed whatever that native threads problem was on my SMP system. I get a
Warning about -lgcc that I've pasted at the end of this note, should I
be concerned about it? As far as I can see, it is the only sign of
trouble in the output from the build (which I saved, in case it would
help you to see it).
I've built i386 RPMS and they are in the i386 directory of my RPM site.
These only work with jdk1.3 in /usr/local/jdk1.3. I did not make the
kaffe rpms over again, don't know that there's a reason.
