new swarm RPMS for redhat users avail

Go here for RPMS for Swarm based on the snapshot of 2000-06-05.

This is compiled for jdk-1.3, and if you are a kaffe user, email me,
I'll build one for you.  The objective-c user just needs the swarm-hdf5
rpm, it does not matter which java version it is built against.

IF somebody wants i386 rpms, email me, I'll build them too.
