Yeah, it sounds you do want to have agents create instances of a new agent
type (cites), perhaps one that includes the owner as an instance
variable. And it sounds like it could be a fairly complex new kind of
agent, so you might want to subclass from a Swarm.
Btw, if you haven't yet decided on architectural issues, you might
post this again to swarm-modelling to get more discussion...
