Usually distributions have a scheme for installing multiple Tcl/Tks at a time,
but the details vary...

I've been working on browser-based support for Swarm, via Mozilla, but
that isn't quite ready. It is possible to use Swing as a part of Swarm
models if you want.

Not until the Mozilla stuff is ready. The Swarm interfaces are imported
via COM into the browser, and that means other languages can make use
of Swarm. C++ and JavaScript are the first two. There's a Python plug-in
but I haven't tried it. Java is said to work, too.
