Hello

We have been trying to install swarm on the sun network here compiled from 
source.  Included below is the message from our sysadmin about the 
installation.  I recognize the problem (Pixmap.h) as something that I've seen 
before, and searching the archives had several messages that I posted in 
previous years.  However, I could not find a message where we actually solved 
this problem.

Marcus? Anyone?   What can be done here?

I installed the following software in /usr/local:
blt2.4o
hdf5-1.2.1
jheatbugs-2.1
kaffe-1.0.5
libffi-1.20
libpng-1.0.5
tcl8.2.3
tk8.2.3
xpm-3.4k
zlib-1.1.3

I compiled them all from src, except xpm, which I could not get to
compile.  That was installed from the sun pkg on the swarm ftp site.  I
believe that the others installed O.K., though there were some compiler
warnings for some.

I could not get swarm to compile though.  The following is the error msg
that results from a compile after configuring with:

It appears that there is a problem with
/home/pfarrall/download/swarm/swarm-src/swarm-2.1.1/src/tkobjc/Pixmap.h

This is a header file for objc code and I'm not sure what the problem is,
let alone how to fix it.  We can talk about this on Monday if you want.
