Thanks to Steve and James, I believe Drone should work in my situation. A parameter manager may be an relatively easier way to do this job. Have java examples?

I can't help you on this one.

This topic has been discussed several times, you can search the support
email archives. In general there are two approaches: the "DRONE"
software from Michigan (which you at Mich. State are probably not
allowed to use!), and an Experiment manager that we developed here at
Humboldt State. DRONE is an external tool that starts model runs and
passes parameters to the model upon its start. Paul Johnson is the DRONE
expert.

Our experiment manager works within your swarm model, re-running the
model swarm and using probes to replace the value of selected
parameters. Unfortunately, writing up the experiment manager and
developing a template application is just now on our list of things to
do. If you want to learn more, contact me.
