You will find that several of the Swarmapps for 2.1 will not work with 
the newest Swarm package.

There's a newer jheatbugs that goes with the Swarm pretest. Look in the 
testing directory of swarm's ftp. That server is not answering me right 
now, so I can't tell you exactly what the file is called, but pick the 
one with the highest date.
