Dear Swarmers,

We are trying to install swarm on Suse 9.2 without success.
We have try different combinations but still we experience some problems and
error
messages.

The last configurations is as follows:

OS Suse 9.2
automake ver: 1.6 (we have try also with 1.6.3)
autoconf ver: 2.59
gcc ver.: 3.3.4
Swarm package swarm-2.1.150.20040413 (also we have try the 2.1.1 version)

aclocal.m4:141: version mismatch. This is Automake 1.6, but aclocal.m4
aclocal.m4:141: was generated for Automake 1.6.3. You should recreate
aclocal.m4:141: aclocal.m4 with aclocal and run automake again.
configure.in:328: invalid unused variable name: `inst_LDFLAGS'
WARNING: `automake-1.6' is needed, and you do not seem to have it handy on your
system. You might have modified some files without having the
proper tools for further handling them. Check the `README' file,
it often tells you about the needed prerequirements for installing
this package. You may also peek at any GNU archive site, in case
some other package would contain this missing `automake-1.6' program.

We have checked the related posts (mainly by Paul Johnson, by the way, thanks)
and, uninstall
everything and reinstall it with consistent versions, but still receiving this
kind of messages.

I appreciate a lot any help or directions to install it.
