Hi, Steve.

How's this? Maybe it could use more detailed information about the location?

Thanks,

Josh

NetLogo (http://ccl.northwestern.edu/netlogo) is a powerful cross-platform, multi-agent, programmable modeling environment that follows the design philosophy of "low threshold and high ceiling," making it possible to create models of complex phenomena with a minimum of code or experience. The hands-on tutorial, which will be led by members of the CCL's NetLogo team, will begin with an introduction to NetLogo, quickly moving toward helping participants to construct their own models.

The tutorial is intended to serve the needs of a wide variety of researchers, who either are interested in, or are experienced with Agent-Based Modeling. There will be support for people with little or no experience, as well as for advanced users of NetLogo. No previous experience with programming is required.

The tutorial will be held from 8:30AM - 5:00PM on Thursday, July 12th on DePaul University's campus in downtown Chicago, Illinois. The fee for the tutorial will be $45, to be collected prior to the tutorial.

Registration for the tutorial can be requested at the following website: http://ccl.northwestern.edu/workshop/swarmfest2007.

Questions about the tutorial may be sent to address@hidden
