[Swarmfest2007] SwarmFest Invitation Letter

Dear SwarmFest 2007 Organization Comittee:

I would like to know if it is possible for you to send me an invitation or
an acceptance letter stating that I am going to present my research at the
SwarmFest 2007. I have been asked for this letter in order to get financial
support.

I would also want to ask about my registration to the Repast Tutorial. I
followed the registration instructions but the payment of the 45 dollars has
not been charged yet to my credit card. The only charge that appears is the
conference fee. Is there any problem with my registration to the Repast
Tutorial?

Dear SwarmFest speakers:

The tentative schedule for SwarmFest is now posted at:

Please check it over and let us know if any changes are needed. In a few 
cases it was not completely clear which co-author will present the talk.

Note that we scheduled 30 minutes per presentation. While SwarmFest is 
intentionally informal, we do rigorously enforce the time limit on 
presentations out of fairness to the other speakers. Please plan to 
speak for no more than 20-25 minutes to leave time for questions and 
introductions.

A few of you have not registered yet. Please do so as soon as possible. 
There are a few of the single dormitory rooms still available if you 
have not reserved housing already.
